Saudi Arabia: trademark renewal publication fee increase

Referring to the notification of IP-Coster Agent in Saudi Arabia as of March 27, 2016, applications for the trademark renewals have to be filed online. The publication fee for renewal has also risen from SAR 300 (approximately US$ 70) to SAR 3000 (approximately US$ 700).

In a view of the aforestated updates, an increase in publication fees related to the recordal of assignment, license and merger is also expected.

IP-Coster quotation system has been updated in accordance to the above-mentioned changes.
