Lebanon: Revised requirements for Power of Attorney

On March 21, 2015 The Ministry of Economy and Trade of Lebanon has notified that the Power of Attorney must be legalized up to the Lebanese Consulate in order to accept any applications related to IP matters, i.e. patent, trademark and industrial design filings, assignment, renewal, change of name and/or address.
