GDS IP CONSULTING is based in New Delhi with a presence in London, and our practice focuses primarily on patents and designs. We are not a law firm. Our team assists startups in benefiting from the Indian Government’s SIPP Scheme for intellectual property rights. We also support educational institutions, SMEs, and researchers with IPR and PCT (international patent) filings. In addition, we offer quick and cost-effective design registration services in the UK. Our team consists of three professionals with diverse engineering and scientific backgrounds.
