Through our extensive network of long-standing collaborators, we also provide these services in other countries within the region and beyond. Our practice areas extend to technology, media and entertainment, commercial and corporate law, as well as litigation and dispute resolution.

Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals with significant experience in the field of intellectual property. IPLegals was founded by Kujtesa Nezaj-Shehu, a U.S.-educated professional with over 15 years of experience in intellectual property and related legal services.

As members of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and the European Communities Trademark Association (ECTA), we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in intellectual property rights and practices.
