Ms. Cai is the president and general manager of Standard Patent & Trademark Agent Ltd.and is presently serving as the director of Guangdong Patent Attorneys’ Association as well as an adjunct professor of Huazhong University of Science &Technology. She is also one of the 100 high-level talents of the “National Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand Talents Project”and is appointed as a special researcher of Institute of Intellectual Property in Shenzhen University. Ms. Cai has been in the filed of Intellectual Property for over twenty years and has accumulated rich experience.She was once the perennial legal consultant in Intellectual property for several famous companies in China such as Guangdong Kelon Electrical,Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.,SUNSEA Telecommunications Co., Ltd., etc. She is also commissioned to carry out intellectual property protection work in China for several well-known brands abroad such as NEW BALANCE、THE NORTH FACE、JANSPORT、H.D.LEE,etc. and acts as their first appointed IP attorney in China.
Mr. Guo joined China Patent Agent (H.K.) Ltd. in 1989. And then when he worked in one IP law firm in Shenzhen as a patent attorney, he handled a lot of patent applications for many famous international companies, such as IBM, HP, DE, GE, HITACHI and PHILIP, . Mr. Guo served many High-Tech. enterprises, such as Huawei Technology Ltd., Kaifa Technology Co. Ltd. Besides patent application, he also dealt with different kinds of patent cases including revocation, invalidation and infringement. With more than 15 years’ professional experience, Mr. Guo is an expert in IP related disputes and litigation, particularly in electricity and computer areas. In 1999, Mr. Guo founded Standard Patent Agent Ltd. with other partners.
With rich experience and extraordinary ability for challenging work, Mr. Gao has handled a lot of complicated intellectual proprietary right lawsuit, patent and trademark application cases, and retrieved millions of losses for his clients. He has been serving as legal consultant for some large-scale companies, such as China International Marine Transport Containers (Group) Stock Company, Shenzhen Milk Company, Shenzhen Jintian Industrial Co. Ltd. etc.
