John Maina holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons.) degree from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
John is a corporate and commercial lawyer and has extensive experience in general corporate work as well as in corporate banking and finance, securitization, intellectual property both contentious and non-contentious, mergers and acquisitions, energy and infrastructure, legal regulatory work, and conveyancing and property.
Having previously worked as an advocate at Walker Kontos Advocates (a tier-one law firm in Kenya), John brings on board hands-on experience in delivering quality service to our clients.
Kenneth Likoko holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons.) degree from the University of Nairobi and a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
Ken is an experienced transactional lawyer and has advised local and international clients in various areas including banking and securities; immigration matters; debt and equity finance; project finance; asset finance; intellectual property both contentious and non-contentious; mergers & acquisitions; insolvency; joint ventures; real estate transactions; and negotiation of complex commercial transactions.
Having worked at a busy Tier II Firm in Kenya as well as at a Tier III bank, Ken brings with him a wide range of experience in both the legal and financial space.
