Synergy Patent Law agency was established in 2005 and nowadays it is well-known creative, professional and experienced team of patent attorneys, advocates and lawyers in the field of intellectual property. SYNERGY provides the full legal support of client’s intellectual and creative achievements – from the registration of intellectual property items to the development of IP protection strategy based on recent trends in enforcement practices.
Main issues of Agency’s practice:
– registration of intellectual property and relevant transactions in Ukraine and abroad:
– legal audit of intellectual property items with the subsequent development of models for their protection, provision of legal opinions on the creation of an intellectual property portfolio;
– development of contractual models for execution of transactions with intellectual property taking into account relevant tax considerations;
– construction and implementation of strategies to protect the intellectual property rights and interests of clients before courts, the Antimonopoly Committee, internal affairs agencies, customs and other governmental authorities;
– protection of IT and Internet projects.
Achievements of the Agency are more than 2000 registered trademarks, about 300 successful IP purchase and sale transactions, more than 300 contracts developed for individual models of work with intellectual property, experience in protecting the interests before the Board of Appeal, courts and customs.
