IPMAX is a boutique intellectual property law firm which is admitted to practice before the National Office of Intellectual Property (the NOIP) and the Copyright Office of Vietnam (the COV). We provide a full range of intellectual property services in Vietnam, including clearance, filing and registrations of patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights, enforcement and dispute resolution, advising on IP strategy and IP related commercial transactions, conducing IP training for businesses and enforcement authorities. In addition to Vietnam where we are based, we also handle trademark filing works in Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar.
