Grant and publication fees must be paid within 3 months from the date of issuance of the grant decision.
The validity term of the trademark in Ukraine is 10 years from the filing date and may be renewed for further 10-year periods an unlimited number of times.
An application for renewal must be filed within 6 months before the expiration of the registration. The trademark may also be renewed within 6 months after the due date by paying the surcharge. Reinstatement of a lapsed trademark is not possible.
