If the European Patent is granted in English, the translation of the patent claims into Danish must be supplied within three months from the date of publication of the grant in the European Patent Bulletin. If the EP is granted in German or French, the translation of the complete specification into Danish or English and the patent claims into Danish must be supplied within the same period.
