EUIPO general info

The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO, former Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market) is the trademark and design office of the European Union. It is based in Alicante, Spain. The Office provides official registration of Community designs and the European Union trademarks valid in 27 countries of the EU. The Office was created under the European Union law and is an EU agency with its own legal personality.
