Abstract[English]
A method and system, for determining the impact of online-scores on one or more revenue-streams of interest, by further generating actionable recommendations for improving various aspects of each of the desired revenue-streams. Further, estimating future-loss incurred by each of the revenue-stream, in case the generated recommendations are not carried out. Furthermore, more particularly, the object of the present method and system is to primarily assist a user, in estimation/identification of specific damage-areas (issue-categories) and the related future revenue loss, as well as, in generating recommendations, possible fixes, solutions, etc., along with the projected profit/loss attributes, with respect to each of the issue-categories of the one or more desired revenue-streams.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé et un système permettant de déterminer l'impact de scores en ligne sur un ou plusieurs flux de revenus d'intérêt, en générant en outre des recommandations exploitables visant à améliorer divers aspects de chacun des flux de revenus concernés. En outre, l'invention comprend l'estimation de la perte future subie par chacun du flux de revenus dans le cas où les recommandations générées ne seraient pas mises en œuvre. En outre, plus particulièrement, l'objet du présent procédé et du présent système est d'aider principalement un utilisateur dans l'estimation/l'identification de zones de dommages spécifiques (catégories de problèmes) et la perte de revenu future associée, ainsi que dans la génération de recommandations, de correctifs possibles, solutions, etc., accompagnés des attributs de profit/perte projetés, pour chacune des catégories de problèmes relatives à un ou plusieurs flux de revenus souhaités.
