Abstract[English] The present application discloses binding proteins that selectively bind to DcR3 and uses thereof in diagnostic and purification assays as well as therapeutic methods of treatment. Also described are fusion proteins which contain a first DcR3 binding protein that binds to DcR3 and inhibits binding of its ligands and a second DcR3 binding protein that binds to DcR3 but does not inhibit binding of its ligands. The binding proteins and fusion proteins can also be used in diagnostic and purification assays as well as therapeutic methods of treatment.[French] La présente demande concerne des protéines de liaison qui se lient de manière sélective à DcR3 et leurs utilisations dans des dosages de diagnostic et de purification ainsi que des méthodes thérapeutiques de traitement. L'invention concerne également des protéines de fusion contenant une première protéine de liaison à DcR3 qui se lie à DcR3 et inhibe la liaison de ses ligands et une seconde protéine de liaison à DcR3 qui se lie à DcR3 mais n'inhibe pas la liaison de ses ligands.
