Abstract[English]
A meat product guidance and slicing system including a chute to slide meat products toward a slicing system and upper and lower meat product supports to apply pressure to the meat product that is sliding through the chute to prevent the meat product from rotating while being slid toward the slicing system. The meat product guidance and slicing system also includes an adjustable means to adjust the thickness of a piece of the meat product to be sliced therefrom.[French]
L'invention concerne un système de guidage et de tranchage de produit carné comprenant une goulotte permettant de faire glisser des produits carnés vers un système de tranchage, ainsi que des supports de produit carné supérieurs et inférieurs permettant d'appliquer une pression sur le produit carné qui glisse à travers la goulotte pour empêcher le produit carné de se tourner lorsqu'il glisse vers le système de tranchage.
