Abstract[English] A new system allows an individual to enjoy mobility-first digital immersion or 'explor-tainment' (dedicated VR-tourism). A map-based app called 'Metasphere' on one's smartphone when paired with a head-mounted display-goggle, a set of four wristband/ankle-band trackers that also sense finger/toe flexure and headphones, delivers the virtual experience while the operator lays supine in a comfortable harness on their bed at or away from home. This low-power and lightweight system can be used with or without a paired, motion-resistance controller for adaptive-sensory feedback that transforms limited-range limb motion into full virtual walking, running, climbing, crawling, swimming, skiing and even flying, depending on the perceived motion-focus inside any number of 'sphere' -domains. This is perfect for encouraging physical activity and providing life-like sensations that one could previously only barely imagine. Elements of gaming, social and productivity activities can also be mixed in its experiences.[French] Selon la présente demande, un nouveau système permet à un individu de profiter d'une immersion numérique axée sur la mobilité, ou "exploration-divertissement" (tourisme dédié à la RV). Une application basée sur une carte, appelée "Métasphère", installée sur le téléphone intelligent d'un individu, émet, lorsqu'elle est appariée à un visiocasque, à un ensemble de quatre bracelets/bandes de cheville avec traceurs qui détectent également la flexion des doigts/orteils et à des écouteurs, une expérience virtuelle tandis que l'opérateur est allongé sur le dos dans un harnais confortable sur son lit, chez lui ou ailleurs.
