A seat base system may have a seat base substrate having an adjustable support, a drive mechanism connected to the adjustable support, a pusher connected to the drive mechanism, a connector connected to the drive mechanism, the connector comprising a take up and release device, and at least one cable having a first end portion connected to the take up and release device and a second end connected to the adjustable support.[French]
