A magnetic, pliable membrane (68) is applied to the sides of a prior art series 1 freight container (10) where structural steel flutes (54) are exposed. The membrane smooths out gaps formed by steel flutes (54) for improved aerodynamic performance when a semi- truck carrying a series 1 freight container (10) is in transit.[French]
