Abstract[English]
In designs where linear motion or the effect at a certain pressure value is converted into circular motion, the angle value between the piston axis and the output shaft axis approaches zero towards dead centers. For this reason, the friction power increases a lot. This is the High-efficiency gas compression mechanism for reciprocating compressor and pump, inner rails (10) and outer rails (9) rotating in opposite directions, fixed rails (4) acting as bridges between them, and cylinder blocks (8) that support the rollers (14) and rotate in opposite directions with the inner rail (10) are used. The pistons (7) moving inside the cylinders (14) positioned on the cylinder blocks (8) are attached to the inner rail (10) then to the fixed rails (4) and then to the external rotating in the same direction rail (9) and then back to fixed rails (4) and inner rail (10), continuing the cycle. The pistons (7) rotate by acting on the circumference of these rails (4, 9 and 10), while the gas taken into the cylinders (14) is compressed by the electric motor driving the mechanism. As the compression time progresses, the torque angle value of the piston (7) decreases. The gas, which is compressed with the lowest torque angle, is offered directly for use by exiting the cylinder block (8) after the cylinder after each other now the highest-pressure value is formed. Each piston (7) is connected to the cylinder block (8) It creates 2 compression times at 360 degrees. Considering all cylinder blocks (8) and cylinders (14), the compression time up to a total of (2 * cylinder blocks (8)) at 360 degrees is divided by the total number of cylinders (14) and the result is formed with time intervals. Thus, compression can be done with a much lower torque value/energy than traditional compressors and there is no need to use air tanks, which increase volume, weight and manufacturing costs. In addition, during suction and compression times, the piston (7) always acts on the rails (4, 9, 10) at an angle of 90 degrees. Thus, the piston-cylinder mechanism is only exposed to axial pressure.[French]
