Abstract[English] The invention relates to a system that collects real-time data from CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines used in machining enterprises by utilizing Industry 4.0 communication protocols, predicts tool and equipment lifespan based on the data it collects, and determines machining parameters to increase the efficiency of tools and equipment.[French] L'invention concerne un système qui collecte des données en temps réel à partir de machines à commande numérique par ordinateur (CNC) utilisées dans des entreprises d'usinage en faisant appel à des protocoles de communication pour l'industrie 4.0, prédit la durée de vie d'outils et d'équipements sur la base des données qu'il collecte, et détermine des paramètres d'usinage pour augmenter l'efficacité d'outils et d'équipements.
