The present invention relates to a film coated tablet comprising a solid dispersion having ivacaftor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a disintegrant, wherein the disintegrant is crospovidone. The present invention also relates to a simple, rapid, cost effective, time-saving and industrially convenient process of preparing the film coated tablet.[French]
La présente invention concerne un comprimé pelliculé comprenant une dispersion solide ayant de l'ivacaftor ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci et un délitant, le délitant étant la crospovidone. La présente invention concerne également un procédé simple, rapide, économique, économe en temps et industriellement pratique de préparation du comprimé pelliculé.
