Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for preparing ready-to-drink liquid nutrition compositions. In this method, water-soluble /dispersible powder ingredients of the composition, vitamins and minerals, flavoring and/or coloring agents, fat and other ingredients are added at different stages of production and the sterilization process is carried out using the UHT system. Said nutritional compositions are preferably clinical nutritional compositions.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de compositions nutritionnelles liquides prêtes à boire. Dans ce procédé, des ingrédients pulvérulents dispersibles/hydrosolubles de la composition, des vitamines et des minéraux, des agents aromatisants et/ou colorants, de la matière grasse et d'autres ingrédients sont ajoutés à différents stades de production et le processus de stérilisation est réalisé à l'aide du système UHT. Lesdites compositions nutritionnelles sont de préférence des compositions nutritionnelles cliniques.
