A medical bed (100) comprising a backrest (10), a subframe (30), and an auto regression unit (20), wherein the auto regression unit (20) includes a curved track (11, 11a, 11b) attached to the backrest (10), and at least two pins (21a, 21b) with at least two mounted wheels (22a, 22b) attached to the subframe 5 (30), wherein the pins (21a, 21b) and wheels (22a, 22b) slide along the curved track (11, 11a,11b) to move the backrest (10) backwards (B) and upwards (U) during movement.[French]
