Abstract[English]
Present invention relates to a gear shift pedal assembly (100) for a transmission unit of a vehicle. The gear shift pedal assembly (100) comprises a shift lever (102) coupled to the transmission unit and having a pivotal axis (A-A'). A foot peg (104) is removably coupled to the shift lever (102). The foot peg (104) is adapted to pivotally operating the shift lever (102) in one of an upward direction and a downward direction about the pivotal axis (A-A') corresponding to an external force on the foot peg (104). Such a construction enables adjustment of distance between the foot peg (104) and the footrest, thereby ensuring user convenience for operating the shift lever (102).[French]
