A revolutionary dental appliance using "bio-based and bioplastics" sheets have been revealed, representing a significant advancement in dental technology for the greener world. These state-of-the-art dental appliances are crafted with single layer and multiple layers composed of one or more of a "bio-based and bioplastics" polymer material with minimum bio-based content or bio-mass and with a modulus ranging from approximately 800 MPA to 3,200 MPA, denoted as "HARD" and from "bio-based and bioplastics" polymers with bio-based content or bio-mass and modulus between about 50 MPa to 550 MPa, denoted as "SOFT". The layers can be organized as single layer and HARD-SOFT-HARD or SOFT-HARD-SOFT multilayers combination. This innovation demonstrates unparalleled flexibility, strength, and superior stain resistance, surpassing the performance of current petro-based polymers used in traditional and modern dental appliances.[French]
L'invention concerne un appareil dentaire révolutionnaire utilisant des feuilles "biosourcées et bioplastiques", représentant une avancée significative dans la technologie dentaire pour un monde plus écologique. Ces appareils dentaires de pointe sont constitués d'une seule couche et de multiples couches composées d'un ou de plusieurs éléments parmi un matériau polymère "biosourcé et bioplastique" ayant un contenu d'origine biologique ou une masse biologique minimum et présentant un module allant d'environ 800 MPA à 3 200 MPA, appelé "DUR" et des polymères "biosourcés et bioplastiques" ayant un contenu d'origine biologique ou une masse biologique compris entre environ 50 MPa et 550 MPa, appelés "SOUPLE".
