Abstract[English]
A pharmaceutical composition for use in treating cancer comprising an anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate. The anti-CDH6 antibody-drug conjugate comprises an anti-CDH6 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to the amino acid sequence of the EC3 domain of CDH6 shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. One of the following applies: (i) the cancer is resistant to an anti-FOLR1 antibody-drug conjugate; (ii) the cancer is resistant to a regimen comprising an anti-FOLR1 antibody-drug conjugate; (iii) the cancer is a recurrence of a cancer previously treated with a regimen comprising an anti-FOLR1 antibody-drug conjugate; or (iv) the cancer was previously treated with a regimen comprising an anti-FOLR1 antibody-drug conjugate.[French]
L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à être utilisée dans le traitement du cancer comprenant un conjugué anticorps anti-CDH6-médicament. Le conjugué anticorps anti-CDH6-médicament comprend un anticorps anti-CDH6 ou un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci qui se lie spécifiquement à la séquence d'acides aminés du domaine EC3 de CDH6 représenté dans SEQ ID NO : 1.
