Abstract[English] Disclosed herein are novel methods for the preparation and purification of oligonucleotides, such as those for use in therapy. In particular, the novel methods disclosed herein involve a three-reaction cycle of solid-phase synthesis and eliminate the need for chromatography purification.[French] Sont divulgués de nouveaux procédés de préparation et de purification d'oligonucléotides, tels que ceux destinés à être utilisés en thérapie.
