Abstract[English]
An endovascular device includes a body formed with a tip portion, a mechanical treatment portion comprising an expandable portion, and a proximal portion proximate to the mechanical treatment portion. A tube is slidably disposed around at least a portion of the body, wherein the tube is configured to slide between a distal position of the tube where the tube covers at least the expandable portion and a proximal position of the tube where the tube is not covering the expandable portion. A distance traveled by the tube between the proximal position of the tube and the distal position of the tube is equal to a length of the mechanical treatment portion plus a predetermined distance.[French]
La présente invention concerne un dispositif endovasculaire comprenant un corps formé avec une partie pointe, une partie de traitement mécanique comprenant une partie extensible, et une partie proximale à proximité de la partie de traitement mécanique. Un tube est disposé coulissant autour d'au moins une partie du corps, le tube étant configuré pour coulisser entre une position distale du tube dans laquelle le tube recouvre au moins la partie extensible et une position proximale du tube dans laquelle le tube ne recouvre pas la partie extensible. Une distance parcourue par le tube entre la position proximale du tube et la position distale du tube est égale à une longueur de la partie de traitement mécanique plus une distance prédéterminée.
