The invention discloses an inner/outer wall cleaning mechanism for a pipetting needle and a pipetting needle assembly, which comprises: an inner wall cleaning pipe; which is connected at one end to the upper part of the pipetting needle and the other end of which is connected to the injection device; an outer wall cleaning pipe; which is connected at one end to the liquid guide and the other end of which is connected to the injection device; the liquid guide; liquid inlets arranged on both sides, a liquid outlet and an outer wall cleaning flow passage hole arranged in the liquid guide, one end of the liquid inlet being connected to the outer wall cleaning pipe, the other end of the liquid inlet being connected to one end of the liquid outlet, and the other end of the liquid outlet being connected to the outer wall cleaning flow passage hole.[French]
