L'invention concerne un appareil conçu pour : recevoir, en provenance d'un nœud de réseau, une configuration de sélection de ressource de canal d'accès aléatoire physique, PRACH, pour un rapport de marge de puissance, PH ; déterminer la PH de l'appareil ; sélectionner une ressource PRACH pour une transmission de préambule d'accès aléatoire, Msg1, sur la base de la configuration de sélection de ressource PRACH reçue ; et transmettre le Msg1 indiquant un rapport PH au nœud de réseau.
