Abstract[English] Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to determination of a recommended bit rate. In one aspect, a terminal device receives a first recommended bit rate (RBR) of a first network device from the first network device and receives a second RBR of the second network device from the second network device. Based on the first RBR and the second RBR, the terminal device determines a bit rate to be used.[French] Des modes de réalisation de la présente divulgation concernent la détermination d'un débit binaire recommandé.
