Abstract[English]
A method includes receiving, by a user equipment (UE) from a network apparatus, a radio resource control (RRC) configuration message, the RRC configuration message includes information regarding filtering a predicted Layer 3 (L3) radio measurement and a real L3 radio measurement by a filter, wherein the information indicates a different coefficient for the predicted L3 radio measurement than for the real L3 radio measurement; filtering the predicted L3 radio measurement and the real L3 radio measurement based on the coefficient; and reporting, by the UE to the network apparatus, the predicted L3 radio measurement and the real L3 radio measurement.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé consistant à : recevoir, par un équipement utilisateur (UE) en provenance d'un appareil de réseau, un message de configuration de commande de ressources radio (RRC), le message de configuration RRC comprend des informations concernant le filtrage d'une mesure radio de couche 3 (L3) prédite et d'une mesure radio L3 réelle par un filtre, les informations indiquant un coefficient différent pour la mesure radio L3 prédite que celui pour la mesure radio L3 réelle ; filtrer la mesure radio L3 prédite et la mesure radio L3 réelle sur la base du coefficient ; et rapporter, par l'UE à l'appareil de réseau, la mesure radio L3 prédite et la mesure radio L3 réelle.
