Abstract[English]
The invention relates to an inspection system (1) for optical inspection of a cable portion (102), the system comprising: a cable holder (10), an optical system (30) comprising a light pattern emitter (32) and an optical receiver (34), wherein the light pattern emitter (32) is configured and arranged to emit a two-dimensional structured source light pattern (40) such that the two- dimensional structured source light pattern (40) is projected on and reflected by a surface (120) of the cable portion (102), wherein the optical receiver (34) is arranged and configured to receive the reflected two-dimensional light pattern (42). The inspection system (1) can further comprise an analysis device (50) configured to receive a reflection data set from the optical system (30), to determine a three-dimensional profile of the cable portion (102), and to determine at least one characteristic of the cable portion (102) based on the three-dimensional profile.[French]
