The present invention is in the field of drug delivery and relates to relates to novel cationic lipids that can be used alone or in combination with other lipid components, such as neutral lipids, cholesterol and polymer conjugated lipids, to form lipid nanoparticles with oligonucleotides, to facilitate the targeted intracellular delivery of therapeutic nucleic acids.[French]
