Abstract[English]
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing catalytic devices or catalytic supports comprising the creation of substrates or layers of conductive oxides and the deposition or fixing of catalyst atoms on the substrates or layers of conductive oxides by the electrochemical deposition method. The method is particularly suitable for honeycombs and monoliths of catalytic converters. The method makes it possible to fix single catalyst atoms on oxides and thus provide stable single-atom catalysts. This method thus makes it possible to obtain catalytic converters or catalytic devices or catalytic supports comprising single catalyst atoms fixed on the oxides, and more particularly on oxygen vacancies. The use of this method will make it possible to reduce the use of rare metals in the manufacture of catalytic converters and various catalytic supports, while improving their performance under certain conditions such as operation at low temperatures.[French]
Un procédé de fabrication de dispositifs de catalyse ou de supports catalytiques comprenant la création de substrats ou de couches d'oxydes conducteurs et le dépôt ou la fixation d'atomes de catalyseurs sur les substrats ou les couches d'oxydes conducteurs par la méthode du dépôt électrochimique. Le procédé est particulièrement applicable aux nids d'abeille et monolithes des convertisseurs catalytiques. Le procédé permet la fixation d'atomes uniques de catalyseurs sur des oxydes et ainsi fournir des catalyseurs à atome unique stables. Ce procédé permet alors d'obtenir des convertisseurs catalytiques ou des dispositifs de catalyse ou des supports catalytiques comprenant des atomes uniques de catalyseurs fixés sur les oxydes et plus particulièrement sur les lacunes d'oxygènes. L'utilisation de ce procédé permettra de réduire l'utilisation des métaux rares dans la fabrication des convertisseurs catalytiques et des différents supports catalytiques tout en améliorant leurs performances dans certaines conditions comme le fonctionnement à basses températures.
