Abstract[English]
Disclosed herein are compositions comprising protein antigens and RNA encoding the same (eg., compositions comprising protein antigens and RNA encoding antigens) that can be used to induce an immune response against SARS-CoV-2. Also disclosed herein are immunogenic compositions and medical preparations comprising the same, and methods of making and using the same. In some embodiments, the technologies provided herein can be used to address and/or overcome immune imprinting in SARS-CoV-2.[French]
