Abstract[English] An apparatus for treating sleep apnea and other sleeping disorders, including snoring and bruxism, but also mouth cavity hygiene, and also possibly drug delivery is provided. The apparatus comprises a device configured to be installed on a user's teeth to maintain a relative position of the upper and lower jaws, and a holding material. The device comprises at least one back part, such as a first back part, a second back part and connecting portion (if two back parts are provided), the first back part having an upper side and a lower side configured to contact at least one premolar and/or molar of the upper and lower jaws, respectively, of the right side of a user's teeth when the user's teeth are in a substantially closed position, and the second back part having an upper side and a lower side configured to contact at least one premolar and/or molar of the upper and lower jaws, respectively, of the left side of the user's teeth when the user's teeth are in a substantially closed position, the connecting portion connecting the first and second back parts and configured to extend along the front teeth of the user's teeth. The holding material is included in or configured to be applied to the first and second back parts to secure contact of the teeth with the first and second back parts, respectively, by creating an adhesive effect, a vacuum effect, or a mechanical holding effect on the teeth in contact with the first and second back parts, respectively.[French] L'invention concerne un appareil pour traiter l'apnée du sommeil et d'autres troubles du sommeil, notamment le ronflement et le bruxisme, mais également l'hygiène de la cavité buccale, ainsi qu'éventuellement, l'administration de médicament.
