Abstract[English]
The present disclosure relates generally to the manufacturing of gene therapy products and specifically to viral vector formulations comprising a high-density additive for increasing transduction of a cell with a viral vector and/or methods of transducing a cell with a viral vector in a cell culture and/or methods of increasing a viral vector transduction efficiency of a cell in a cell culture, the methods comprising using a viral vector formulation comprising a high-density additive, wherein the formulation has a density greater than the density of the cell culture medium.[French]
La présente invention concerne de manière générale la fabrication de produits de thérapie génique et spécifiquement des formulations de vecteurs viraux comportant un additif de haute densité pour augmenter la transduction d'une cellule avec un vecteur viral et/ou des procédés de transduction d'une cellule avec un vecteur viral dans une culture cellulaire et/ou des procédés d'augmentation de l'efficacité de transduction de vecteur viral d'une cellule dans une culture cellulaire, les procédés incluant l'utilisation d'une formulation de vecteur viral comportant un additif de haute densité, la formulation présentant une densité supérieure à la densité du milieu de culture cellulaire.
