Abstract[English]
Provided herein are methods for preparing a subject for a conditioning treatment and/or reducing the toxicity of a conditioning treatment in a subject, wherein the subject is in need of a hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) or bone marrow transplantation (BMT). Also provided are methods for increasing the recovery of a subject administered a HSCT or BMT. The subject in need of the HSCT or the BMT can, for example, be suffering from a disease or condition associated with increased inflammation prior to the HSCT or BMT.[French]
L'invention concerne des méthodes de préparation d'un sujet pour un traitement de conditionnement et/ou de réduction de la toxicité d'un traitement de conditionnement chez un sujet, le sujet ayant besoin d'une transplantation de cellules souches hématopoïétiques (HSCT) ou d'une transplantation de moelle osseuse (BMT). L'invention concerne également des méthodes pour augmenter la récupération d'un sujet ayant reçu une HSCT ou une BMT.
