Abstract[English]
The invention introduces a reel to improve existing side-loading ratchet efficiency and safety. The reel-based strap apparatus is designed to release only the minimum measured strap length to reach over the load, reducing load securing time and enhancing safety. The design also ensures secure strap storage during transit with inbuilt multiple safety redundancy mechanisms to prevent unwinding and supports ergonomic use and cost-effective production.[French]
L'invention introduit un enrouleur pour améliorer l'efficacité et la sécurité d'un encliquetage à chargement latéral existant. L'appareil à sangle basé sur un enrouleur est conçu pour faire sortir uniquement la longueur de sangle mesurée minimale nécessaire pour recouvrir la charge, réduisant le temps de fixation de charge et améliorant la sécurité. La conception assure également un stockage de sangle sécurisé pendant le transport à l'aide de multiples mécanismes de redondance de sécurité intégrés permettant d'éviter le déroulement et assure une utilisation ergonomique et une production rentable.
