Abstract[English]
According to an aspect, there is provided an apparatus for performing the following. The apparatus performs RLF prediction using a radio link failure, RLF, prediction mode of a machine-learning, ML, algorithm which is configured to predict future RLFs in uplink, UL, and/or downlink, DL, directions based on values of one or more radio link quality metrics. The RLF prediction mode is one of: a DL mode for RLF prediction in a DL direction, an UL mode for RLF prediction in an UL direction, or an UL-DL mode for RLF prediction in UL and DL directions. The apparatus determines that a reporting trigger condition is satisfied based on results of the RLF prediction. Based thereon, the apparatus transmits, to the access node, a prediction report comprising results of the RLF prediction. In response to receiving a request for triggering a primary cell handover, the apparatus triggers the primary cell handover.[French]
Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne un appareil pour effectuer ce qui suit. L'appareil effectue une prédiction RLF à l'aide d'un mode de prédiction de défaillance de liaison radio, RLF, d'un algorithme d'apprentissage automatique, ML, qui est configuré pour prédire des RLF futures dans des directions de liaison montante, UL et/ou de liaison descendante, DL, sur la base de valeurs d'une ou de plusieurs métriques de qualité de liaison radio. Le mode de prédiction RLF est l'un parmi : un mode DL pour une prédiction RLF dans une direction DL, un mode UL pour une prédiction RLF dans une direction UL, ou un mode UL-DL pour une prédiction RLF dans des directions UL et DL. L'appareil détermine qu'une condition de déclenchement de rapport est satisfaite sur la base des résultats de la prédiction RLF. Sur la base de cette condition, l'appareil transmet, au nœud d'accès, un rapport de prédiction comprenant des résultats de la prédiction RLF. En réponse à la réception d'une demande de déclenchement d'un transfert intercellulaire de cellule primaire (PCell), l'appareil déclenche le transfert intercellulaire de cellule primaire.
