Abstract[English]
The invention discloses radiopharmaceutical composition of Fluorine-18 (F18) labelled styrylpyridine compounds, preferably F18 Florbetapir, free of undesirable nitrosamine drug substance related impurities (NDSRI) and other undesirable impurities. The prepared radiopharmaceutical composition is used as a medicament for the treatment or diagnosis of a disease or condition associated with build-up of amyloid-β (Aβ) aggregates.[French]
L'invention divulgue une composition radiopharmaceutique de composés de styrylpyridine marqués au fluor-18 (F18), de préférence florbetapir F18, exempts d'impuretés liées à une substance médicamenteuse de nitrosamine indésirable (NDSRI) et d'autres impuretés indésirables.
