Abstract[English] Disclosed are methods of treating a human patient with a posterior segment eye disease, the method comprising topically administering a maintenance effective dose of a tivozanib formulation as a maintenance phase dose or a therapeutically effective dose of a tivozanib formulation 1 to 3 times per day to the eye of the human patient. The method may further comprise an induction phase treatment with an anti-VEGF agent.[French] L'invention concerne des méthodes de traitement d'un patient humain atteint d'une pathologie du segment postérieur de l'œil, la méthode comprenant l'administration topique d'une dose de maintenance efficace d'une formulation de tivozanib en tant que dose de phase de maintenance ou d'une dose thérapeutiquement efficace d'une formulation de tivozanib 1 à 3 fois par jour dans l'œil du patient humain.
