Abstract[English]
A system and a method for decreasing fouling inside a compressor are provided. An exemplary method includes mounting a port in a casing disposed over a wheel in a compressor stage at a greatest diameter or downstream of a greatest diameter of the wheel, wherein the wheel includes a stator, and impeller, and a diffuser. An atomizer is mounted in the port, wherein the atomizer generates a flared spray pattern. A center axis of the flared spray pattern is tilted to an angle downstream of the wheel and wash oil is injected through the atomizer.[French]
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour diminuer l'encrassement à l'intérieur d'un compresseur. Un procédé donné à titre d'exemple comprend le montage d'un orifice dans un boîtier disposé sur une roue dans un étage de compresseur au diamètre le plus grand ou en aval du plus grand diamètre de la roue, la roue comprenant un stator, et une roue, ainsi qu'un diffuseur. Un atomiseur est monté dans l'orifice, l'atomiseur générant un motif de pulvérisation évasé. Un axe central du motif de pulvérisation évasé est incliné selon un angle en aval de la roue et de l'huile de rinçage est injectée à travers l'atomiseur.
