Abstract[English] The present disclosure provides a cloud service access method and apparatus, and an access request processing method and apparatus. The cloud service access method comprises: sending an access request to a service load balancing server by means of a first terminal node; acquiring an IP address of a second terminal node returned by the service load balancing server in response to the access request; and upon receiving packet data, accessing a private network connection service by means of the IP address, and using the private network connection service to send the packet data to a load balancing service, so that the load balancing service can send the packet data to a backend server on the basis of cloud service information and configuration information. In embodiments of the present disclosure, packet data is sent to a private network connection service on the basis of an IP address of a second terminal node, a load balancing service is used for implementing traffic distribution, without needing to configure addresses of backend servers in VPCs of clients, thereby reducing the occupation of the addresses in the VPCs of the clients by the backend servers, and saving address resources of the clients.[French] La présente divulgation concerne un procédé et un appareil d'accès à un service en nuage, ainsi qu'un procédé et un appareil de traitement de demande d'accès.
