Abstract[English]
This invention pertains in general to, for example, T cell and NK cells for use as cell therapy products, for example in the treatment of a tumor in a patient suffering from cancer. The invention provides heterologous nucleic acids encoding cell surface expressed antigen receptors under the control of a promoter that is induced when the antigen receptor is activated, for example upon interaction between the antigen receptor and its cognate binding partner (antigen) expressed on a (tumor) cell.[French]
La présente invention concerne de manière générale, par exemple, des cellules T et des cellules NK destinées à être utilisées en tant que produits de thérapie cellulaire, par exemple dans le traitement d'une tumeur chez un patient souffrant d'un cancer.
