An apparatus comprising: means for receiving, in a first cell, a system information block, where the system information block comprises fallback communication information for the apparatus to use a low power wide area network for a fallback communication; and means for determining whether one or more criteria of the received fallback communication information is met for establishing the fallback communication with a second cell of the low power wide area network.[French]
