Abstract[English]
A device may include an implant body having a coronal threaded region with a helical thread. A device may include an apical region having a plurality of flutes defining raceways between adjacent flutes, wherein the flutes extend helically about the implant body in a direction opposite the direction of the helical thread, wherein each raceway has a cross section that varies from a coronal region of the flutes toward an apical region of the flutes. A device may include a tip region having a plurality of indentations adjacent to a terminal free end of the implant body in fluid communication with the raceways.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif qui peut comprendre un corps d'implant ayant une région filetée coronale avec un filetage hélicoïdal. Un dispositif peut comprendre une région apicale ayant une pluralité de cannelures définissant des chemins de roulement entre des cannelures adjacentes, les cannelures s'étendant de manière hélicoïdale autour du corps d'implant dans une direction opposée à la direction du filetage hélicoïdal, chaque chemin de roulement ayant une section transversale qui varie d'une région coronale des cannelures vers une région apicale des cannelures.
