A method includes receiving, by a first apparatus, a first message that includes information relating to first subscriber consent and user profile consent for at least one second user profile associated with a first subscriber profile. The first apparatus stores the subscriber consent for the second user profile associated with the first subscriber profile and the user profile consent for the second user profile associated with the first subscriber profile. The first apparatus translates one of a user ID to a GPSI or a GPSI to a user ID, receives a registration request for one or more network services including an identifier of a second user, determines whether the second user is authorized to access the one or more network services based upon the subscriber consent for the second user profile associated with the first subscriber profile, and provides information relating to the request based upon the authorization determination.[French]
