There is provided an apparatus comprising means for triggering transmission of a media access control control element, MAC CE, from the apparatus to a user equipment, obtaining at least one channel busy ratio, CBR, condition for transmission of the MAC CE on a carrier; determining, based on the obtained at least one CBR condition, that the MAC CE can be transmitted on the carrier and providing the MAC CE from the apparatus to the user equipment on the carrier, based on the determining.[French]
