Abstract[English]
A system and method for monitoring a patient are disclosed. The method involves capturing and pre-processing image data from cameras focused on medical instruments or the patient. It extracts and validates instrument identification codes from tamper-proof markings and identifies medical parameters using OCR or machine learning. The data is stored in a time series database on a room integrator computer or cloud storage. Additionally, facial images of the patient are analyzed to derive medically relevant data, including facial expressions, skin color, and facial volume changes. This data assists in clinical decision-making through a visualization and analysis interface.[French]
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de surveillance d'un patient. Le procédé comprend la capture et le prétraitement de données d'image à partir de caméras focalisées sur des instruments médicaux ou le patient. Il extrait et valide des codes d'identification d'instrument à partir de marquages inviolables et identifie des paramètres médicaux à l'aide d'un OCR ou d'un apprentissage automatique. Les données sont stockées dans une base de données de séries chronologiques sur un ordinateur intégré de pièce ou un stockage en nuage.
